Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I place a order? To place a order you must select the item(s) you want and simply click on 'add to cart'. It will then tell you a total of which you have to pay, if you would like to continue you just enter your preferred method of payment and voila your done!
- How do we make payments? We accept PayPal as our chosen method of payent as it is safe for both us and yourself. You do not need a PayPal account in order to buy, as it will automatically link to your debit/credit card. By ordering from us you benefit from the full protection that PayPal services offer which is trusted worldwide.
- How much is postage and packaging? Postage and packaging is charged at a flat rate of 3.50 for as many items as you like! - However we do not ship worldwide at the moment.
- How long will it take for me to receive my order? We dispatch orders within 3-4 weeks as all our jewellery at the moment are handmade and this is how long it takes to be produced. Due to some unavoidable reasons shipment may get delayed by Postal Service which is beyond our control. Please have patience until you recieve your order.
- Do you accept returns? Unfortunately we do not accept returns as our products are personalised and we wont be able to re-sell them as they have already been sent to you.
- How will you know what name I want on the bracelet/necklace? There is no option on our website to enter in the name of your choice therefore you must include the name you want in a email and send it through the 'contact' page. Or you can include this in the notes section when paying us through paypal.
