We ship all our items with shiny finish. If the gold plated jewellery is not worn with care it loses its plating in course of time. The plating becomes dull in contact with perfume, oil, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat, etc. Kindly do not touch or hold the name part by your fingers leaving the finger imprints on it which will make the Name Bracelet dull in appearance. To remove dust or finger imprints from the Name Bracelet, dip the name part of the Bracelet in water and rub it gently with a soft cotton cloth.
